1. Open the kit, take out the gloves containing the cream, the wooden stick and the file.
2. Use the file to file the nails and remove any necessary polish.
3. Open the gloves from the top and put your hands into the gloves.
4. Leave to stand for at least 10 minutes.
5. Remove gloves and use remaining cream on hands for massage.
6. Use the wooden stick to push back the cuticles.
7. If applying nail polish, apply nail polish remover to degrease the nails before applying.
